1. This newsgroup is for questions about Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
modules (programs) in Microsoft Access databases... so questions about Word
are off topic.

2. This is pretty obviously a beginning homework question posted without any
thought or effort on your part. So don't bother reposting in a Word newsgroup
until you've studied your materials.
 
For all the time it took for him to set up an account here and post his/her
question, op could have typed his post into google and gotten a perfectly
good answer.

You should get a pretty good introductory treatment on Word 2007 from the
wikipedia.
