what is maximum contacts in outlook

what is the maximum number of contacts that i can enter into outlook that
will transfer to my verizon pocket pc xv6600

is there a way to change how outlook displays the order of the first and
last name either in outlook in the pocket pc or my office outlook?
 
1. Not an Outlook question. Ask the manufacturer of your Pocket PC's
synchronization software.

2. You must specify the view to which you are referring and your Outlook
version.
