What is Max users allowed in 2k Server share..

I am finding conflicting reports of 10 concurrent max or no max.. I thought
that 10 was teh max users allowed on a 2k Pro share.. What is the max users
allowed on a 2k server share.. also is it concurrent or just a session.. what
does or how does it count the connection..
