I have a friend who is legally blind but with a 32" monitor (TV) and a very
large keyboard and an additional 2X power Lupe he can read his e-mail.

What additional help do you have? His font is presently set at Ariel 36 pt.

Is there something larger yet?

Is there something like a platform for an DLP which can move sideways and up
and down?

You can enter much larger than 36.
It can be anything from 1 point to 1,238 points.
The trick is to enter the number you want, rather than take the
choices offered.

Alan, where do you do that?
I went to a message and it said Times Roman. Choices were UP TO 36.
When I entered 80 or 100 it did not work in the FONT area.

Exactly where are you entering it? (In what program?)
I have tried several programs and they all allow me to enter a larger
font that the range of choices.

Like in this one. If I go to FORMAT, then RICH TEXT, then FONT, I cannot enter a larger number that also "takes".
I can enter the larger number, but it does not go beyond 36.

What do you mean "in this one"?
Do you mean in "Microsoft Windows Live Mail 12.0.1606"?
(which you seem to have in your headers but which is not familiar to
me)

....Alan

I don't know the answer. However, you could try asking your question in
the microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop newsgroup.
