I found it from the task manager. It is running on my computer.
Is it a malware or trojan horse? It has 244KB. And its name is SiS
Compatible Super VGA keyboard Daemon. It was produced by the Silicon
Integrated System Corporation. It is a kind of malware like keylog.exe?

keyhook.exe is a keystroke logger. This app records all of your keyboard
activity, and makes it available on command. This app is usually associated
with spywear, or system administrators wanting to keep track of computer
activity. Basically this app invades your privacy and can be a serious
security hole (CC #'s, passwords etc)

How can I delete it? I used Trojan Remover but found no trojan.
First go to Control Panel/Folder Options and set View to show all Hidden
Files and not to hide any known extensions. Then go to XP's Search and
change the Preferences to Advanced and to look for hidden files, too.
Then Search for keyhook.exe and delete it. You may need to go into Safe
Mode to delete this file. To get into Safe Mode, repeatedly tap the F8
key as the computer is starting up to get the proper menu. Choose "Safe
Mode" without Networking.

I disagree with the opinion that this is a keylogger or
trojan, the company related to it, is a chipset manufactor
and provides drivers for keyboards, this is a filter
for a keyboard, that's why you can't find it with a trojan
hunter program, it's not a trojan...

But in the security newsgoup Sgopus told me it 's part of a keyboard
driver! a filtering program!---you can go to the security newsgroup and you
will see Sgopus' reply. I am confused by you.
I found the .exe file in the windows\system32 folder. Why is it there?

The keyhook.exe is in the windows\system32 folder. Can I decide it it not a
trojan from that point? If it is a trojan, will it stay in the system32?
Thank you for help.
