What is 'inetinfo' and why is it using ports 443 and 25?

Last night I did a clean installation of Windows XP Profesional with service
pack 2 and all the latest updates from Microsoft.

This morning I installed Kerio MailServer 6.4.1 and basically I can not
access the mail server, using 'webmail' because 'inetinfo.exe' is using
ports 443 and 25.

My question is two-fold:

1) How do I disable inetinfo, so that the HTTP service for Kerio MailServer
can run, so that I can access the mail server?
2) What are the cinsequences of disabling it? Presumably it is running for
a reason (though I didn't explicitly enable it).

Thanks.

I figured it out for myself...somehow the IIS service had been
installed...simply uninstalling it and everything worked!

Thanks.
