What is IBuySpy Modules

IBuySpy is just a name they gave the product, I'm not sure that the name has
any special meaning. It's mostly been replaced by the Portal Starter Kit
and the Commerce Starter Kit which are far more meaningful names:

These are basically sample applications by Microsoft & Partners to show you
what ASP.Net is capable of.
