Have you got the options set to only perform crunching when idle or anything like that? If you post a screenshot of the Advanced > Preferences menu I'll have a look :)

I bet it has something to do with the 'only do work when pc is idle for x minutes' option. ;)

Both PCs are the same set-up XP no prblem Windows 7?

Are they set to use the correct profile?

I had a similar sort of thing when I first installed W7 Ultimate. Mine is set to crunch 24/7 wether I am using the PC or it is idle. But it did show it was ben suspended at times. Me been me as with anything bothering I just ignored it and since haven't had any trouble...

Well using Win 7 ultimate here and when i was testing BOINC on this pc it went straight to 100% on all cores and stayed there.

Must be something you've changed Itsme.

With XP all is running as it should be and, as on windows 7 running with the same configuration home set up is automatically set by BIONC but windows seven it keeps suspending work for different periods of time?

So I will stop any more work and when it is finished what’s there I will remove Bionc completely reinstall and see what happens then.

I cant see what is happening as both PCs are set exactly the same?

 :user:

Mine did the same when i tried it out, as soon as i set it to do work after 0.00 minutes it just maxed straight away. sure your using the correct profile?
