what is cc.App

when i shut down a box pops up saying something like
cc.App is still runnig or shuttting down it has fuel
gauge type meter that fills up or empties out and the box
goes away .. is this spy ware

It's part of nortons internet security. You are running
nortons antivirus or firewall or both. It takes a while
to shut down. As well as slowing down your start up.
 
leave it, its part of norton.
