What is "Can't start server!"

I am continuedly getting this error message.

P2P Networking: Can't start server!

My question is what is this and how do I repair it, if it
is indeed a problem. It is popping up unexpectedly and
is very irritating.

The issue you are encountering is related to either Kazaa
or some other file sharing program you have on your
computer. You may want to uninstall or reinstall that
particular program from the computer. I recommend
removing it all together.
