One of my remote users (read as: I can't get my hands on the computer) gets
the message at bootup that

APIOJ32.exe had a problem and has to shut down.

Yahoo, Google, AltaVista, WebCrawler - all nothin'

Anyone heard of this bad boy?

Oh, we plan to abuse it thoroughly with spyware & virus checkers if & when
we get it in here, but the problem is that there are several nasties that
require some manual intervention even beyond Ad-Aware, Spybot, McAfee,
Norton/Symantec, etc. I can't find enough information on this particular
..exe to know whether automatic removal is possible or whether I need bigger
gunz (Hijack This!). We've hit some biggies here in the past few days
(VBouncer, Alchemy, 680180 and a cast of others).

Thanks for the reply - the original question still stands, however, anyone
heard of apioj32.exe?
