What is an Ordinal and/or a dynamic link library?

Hi,
I'm getting a recurring message when I open Windows XP
It reads:

WindowsSearch.exe - Ordinal Not Found
X The ordinal 49 could not be located in the dynamic link library MAP132.dll
OK

I have to click OK three times to get rid of it, which is frustrating. If
anyone could help me find where they ware and how to fix it I would be very
grateful.

This file is associated with the MSN Toolbar. If you uninstalled the
Toolbar, perhaps it did not do so cleanly. Try reinstalling the MSN
Toolbar if you like it, or uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs if you
don't use it.
