Definition:
(OCX) An Object Linking and Embedding (OLE) custom control allowing
infinite extension of the Microsoft Access control set. OCX is similar in
purpose to VBX used in Visual Basic. Available OCX's include "Scroll Bar
Control", "Calendar Control", and "Data Outline Control".
I believe what Omega meant was when it is in your system or registry it is
hard to root out. She, Omega, the "Mistress of the Mysterious Windows
Registry" would offer the complete explanation. If she so chose too.

Some of the stuff you write about the registry goes way over my head and
I'm certain other heads as well. But at least I try to understand it,
unlike some other people here. From what I see, you comprehend it far and
away more than anyone else does. That's why I think you are "The Mistress
of the Windows Registry". You have an understanding of it that deserves
the title. ('til I think of a better one)
BTW, I was going for the "ACF Mean Bastard Post of the Day Award"
It just felt so good. I really hope I get it.
I don't think that that certain person reads anything. JMO

(A true item is that the reg is continuously in my attention. I've got
registry logs going continuously. With all the software I install,
my registry would otherwise end 500 x the size, unwieldy and hard to
read. In a big mess, where I'd be likely needing to reinstall the OS
and rebuild my prefs all the time.)

actually pretty Offensive. Since it is totally Sexist. What if the

Cruel when we need to be. I linked to Fussy's site primarily because I
trolled him so much I felt quite guilty about it. But if he starts
spamming again he's off. I have his "shadow" killfiled so I can't tell
what Mr. Fussy is up to.
Hey, you know Canandian neighbor, that is a daily award or in the
reciepients case a reward! Easy to shoot for also.
