What is Alky?

I was looking at Add or Remove Programs today.
There is a program called "Alky for Application (Windows XP)", which is
about 2.76 mb.
I have no clues to what this is about.
It cannot be a Microsoft WinXP hot fix.
Does anybody know about this program?

His eyes are no better than your own ;-)
All Gordon did was a simple search in google for the words 'Alky for
Application' You yourself saw them in Add or Remove Programs. What were you
searching for?
