what is a PCA2

please help me...i don't know much about computers besides the basic use. I
tried installing a music software and it seems my computer wouldn't allow it
and it is saying that the problem is with the PCA2 and the setup is in which
i was trying to install is also the problem. Please help.

What's the program? Have you checked with the program author to see if it
is compatible with Vista? Did you right click the setup file and choose Run
As Administrator?
