What exactly is a netbenifit webserver. A site I have accessed without
difficulty before returns the message 'This is a netbenifit webserver'

They're the people who own the servers that the site you're trying to visit
is hosted on. If you're seeing that error and that's all your seeing then
the site is having problems or upgrading or has been removed from their
servers due to a breech in the terms of service or something similar. Wait
and try again in a couple of days?
