Yes. :)

In the network connection settings is a DNS entry. If it's set to
automatically get this from the network, it's their problem. If
there's an IP address there, it's yours.

The message is likely origiating with your system but it might
occur for three or four basic reasons:

1) ISP is giving out the wrong address (unlikely)
2) DNS server (given out) is offline or unreachable (unlikely)
3) You machine has an old address TYPED in which is overriding
the correct address -- probably set to the FORMER DNS server
address -- likely given the appearance of the problem
4) You entered and incorrect address for a static setting (similar to
#3)
--if you messed with it this is more likely, otherwise I am betting on
#3
5) Routing is incorrectly configured -- unlikely unless you have OTHER
problems you didn't mention.

Check the NIC\IP\DNS server properties -- IF you are using "Obtain an
IP address automatically THEN write down and remove any DNS server
address listed there.

Save and from the command line of WinNT-2000 run "ipconfig /renew".

IF you are using an manually configured address, ask the ISP to confirm
the number (and correct it) entered there.
