What information is supposed to go in "Post Office" and "Mailbox".

When trying to use Microsoft Outlook, instead of Outlook Express, it asks for
the Post Office and the Mailbox. I tried POP3 for Post Office and SMTP for
Mailbox but apparently that is not what they want. Can anyone help me out?

What version of Outlook do you have? If you have Outlook 98 or 2000, what
mode is it running (go to 'Help|About' and look at the second line of text).
