I want to know Is i need to register my private IP address or Computer Name
for access it through VPN over the internet.

What is requird For ISP to get connect two remote sit through VPN?

Registering a _private_ IP address won't help (and cannot be done). You
need to know your _Public_ IP address (assigned by your ISP) and use
that for making connections from the outside. If you cannot get a
permanent public IP address from your ISP, you can use a dynamic DNS
service that will change your DNS record to match your public IP address
whenever it changes.
