what html code do I use to recieve e-mails & also send to confirm

what form is proper, so my submit button can send the users reply to my
e-mail, and also sen them to a confirmation page?
 
If you are using a std FP form you can not send any response to the form from the web
- Check with your host if they support an auto responder from your server
For the Confirmation page use File New page and select the Confirmation page template
- then set your Form Properties Options to use the custom confirmation page
