What happened to the right-click menu?

I had to install IE 6 because of an independent product
upgrade, and now the right-click menu has all but
vanished: when I right-clink on a link I get a menu with a
single item "Back" that takes me to the previous page. I
see nothing in "Internet Options" that appears to affect
this feature. I especially want to know how I am supposed
to "Open Link in New Window"?
 
Forget I mentioned it, IE wasn't the problem after all, it
was another program entirely... Sorry to have wasted
everyone's time.
