What happened to the ODE?

I'm confused about the status of the Office Developer
Edition. Is the functionality of Office 2000 ODE still
available? If so, what version of Office should I buy to
ensure that I will have all that functionality in the
Office 2003 product line?

The new name is "Access 2003 Developer Extensions".
