What happened to "Send Using"

I am now using exchange server, but I have 4 mail accounts. I need to send using my cable modem mail server when at home, but use my earthlink mail server when connected to dial up. Now that I am on exchange server, there seems to be no "Send Using" button

Can anyone help

outlook 2000/98/97 don't support sending from multiple accounts in one
profile - all messages are sent on the main account. you'll need to make
additional profiles or upgrade to ol2002/2003.
