What Happened to Onstream Backup?

Does anyone know what has happened to Onstream tape back up? A couple of
years ago they disappeared and went through bankrupcy but re-emerged. A
couple of weeks ago they again disappeared and their website is nowhere to
be found. I've been using their USB tape back up (Echo 30) and have found it
wonderfully reliable.
