What happened to my address book when I upgraded MS Office?

I just upgraded my Office Small Bussiness to the 2007 version. When I went
into my Office Outlook program, all my addresses were missing from the
address book; however, they were in the Contacts portion of the program. How
do I get my address book back?
 
Upgrade installations are not recommended. They will not work for Outlook
until you create a new profile.
