What happened to MailMessage in 1.1?

I am unable to find MailMessage in 1.1. It appears the namespace
System.Web.Mail no longer exists.

Does anyone know what happened to it?
 
Hi,

If you are developing a Windows Forms application you need to add a
reference to System.Web.dll.
