I received a link from a Live meeting client. When I click on the Link a pop
up box appears that say's open, save, or cancel. When I click on save it
doesn't store it in the proper directory. I need to have the .ics file update
my calendar for future live meetings, and then send me a reminder. Trouble is
what is the proper folder or directory that this .ics file is stored in? As
it is definitly stored in the worng place.

Are you opening and then clicking save on the appointment item?

I've done both. Clcik on save the file and I get a box that wants me to save
it in My Documents folder. I tried to open the file and it gives me a "Cannot
locate directory" error. I'd like to save in my calendar for Live meeting
reminders, but where do I put the .ics file? What directory or folder?

You are using Outlook 2003? The ics files go into the calendar folder of the
Outlook pst.

Are these ics's on a public site? If so, please post a url so we can verify
the file isn't corrupt.
