I need to do a reinstall of XPhome. Since I'm unfamilar with all the locations for important files, would appreciate what files I need to back up other than Documents and settings. I use outlook 2000 and Office 2000.

personally, i would export your emails and address to PST and CSV files,
copy them in your my documents folder. Copy your Internet favorites to my
docs...and basically copy everything else you want saved to my docs and
somewhere else and back that up.....once your new OS is back up, just import
everything back in.
