What files do I need to backup my Business Contact Manager

I am not looking for the steps used to back up my Business Contact Manager to
a disk. I am, however, looking for which FILES I need to have in order to
back up all data from my Business Contact Manager!!

There is a backup function on the file menu in outlook.
