What file holds the usernames used on web in I.E.

I need to know how to get rid of the piles of user names and previously typed in items.
EG. When filling out an online form if you click on the blank space the drop menu brings up all of the items pertaining to that blank, like usernames, or addresses, or phone numbers
There are so many in there that I would like to delete them and start over

Go into IE, and go to the Tools menu, then choose Internet
Options. Then go to the Content tab. At the bottom, you
should see a Personal Information section that has 2
buttons in it - AutoComplete and My Profile. Click on
AutoComplete, and this will give you the opportunity to
clear all the stuff out of the forms that you've been
filling out by clicking on Clear Forms. If you save your
passwords, you can also clear those by hitting Clear
Passwords.
