What file contains my custom forms

my c: drive recently crashed because of hd failure. I
have the disk mounted as a slave temporarily (until it
fails completely). I need to recover my custom forms from
outlook2000 without running outlook (I can't). What file
contains my custom forms, and where is it located?

They would be in the .pst file that stores all your Outlook data.
