J JulieD Feb 7, 2005 #2 Hi Steve if you only want to view / print the excel files then you can download a viewer from the microsoft site - see http://search.microsoft.com/search/results.aspx?st=b&na=88&View=en-us&qu=excel viewer for options however, if you want to edit the information then you'll need to MS Excel - or MS Office (which has excel in it). BTW two of the excel newsgroups are microsoft.public.excel microsoft.public.excel.newusers Cheers JulieD
