oh..i want to download the program, but i also want to
know the at least one of the advantages and disadvantages
to installing Beta software. please help me to answer or
reply into my email. thank you

Advantage: You get any extant spyware removed from your system, and
protection against new installs.
Disadvantage: Beta software is not intended for production use. It may not
install or operate correctly on every machine, and the risks may include
data loss in some situations. Additionally, the beta software is time
limited. To continue the benefits after expiration, you will need to
acquire the final product. Whether or not there will be a cost for that
final product hasn't been announced.

If you are not familiar with beta software then you
shouldn't try it. A beta version is the first release of
software for testing by a select group of users. You
should never install beta anything unless you have fully
backed up your system and know how to restore it as there
may still be some nasty bugs in the code. If you read the
newsgroups you will see many problems with people not
being able to get online afterwards, IE being broken, the
XP Firewall disabled, lots of false positives, etc.

The major advantage is you get to try something before
others do and you may have some small input in adding new
features. There is no cost involved and in this case it
might actually remove a lot of malware. However, beta
software like Antispy will expire after a certain date and
no longer work so will need to be uninstalled eventually.
I believe AntiSpy turns into a pumpkin in July of this
year.

If you are having spyware problems and decide that beta
AntiSpy is not for you then get HijackThis from

http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Open it and then select SCAN and SAVE LOG. Note where you
save the log then email it to me as an attachment and I'll
tell you what you have and how to get rid of it.
