What else do I need to do to make sure W2k boot from the second HD of a software RAID?

W2K, 2 identical SATA HDs. Mirror has been created. Each disk has two
volumes, system volume and data volume.

Check the Boot.ini, it shows:

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000
Server" /fastdetect

My questions are:

1) If I remove Disk 0 in this state, will the server be able to boot
automatically from Disk 1?

2) If not, what do I need to do to make the boot process smoothly? It
is said that I need to edit something in the boot.ini file? How?

Thanks.

You need a Win2000 boot diskette to boot from the second half
of a mirror - see here:
