Yep, you are good to go. Just make sure you burn the ISO to a blank DVD + R.
Also, I recommend NERO, which is what I use.
NERO
Insert a Blank DVD, open Nero StartSmart > change the media type to DVD >
select Copy and Backup > click "Burn Image to Disc" > navigate to where the
Windows Vista BETA 2 Image is stored on your hard disk, (note: if you don't
see it, make sure the image file type is changed to ISO" click Open and the
burning wizard will automatically start.
Typically most DVD-RW's come with either NERO or ROXIO.
The version that came with your DVD should handle .ISO's just fine.
(Some older Versions of NERO didn't like .ISO images.)
If it's not on your PC already...
Search around in your CD's you should have a copy.
(Install it and you are good to go.)
