what does this mean

When I open IE on one of the accounts on my home pc, I
get bombarded by full-page pop-ups with the above in the
URL. I have run McAfee and Adawar, and can't stop it.
It only happens in one user's account, and not on any
other. Can anyone help me to put a stop to this? Thank
