Anyone else have any suggestions?
Looks like Norton Antivirus.
The only other Google hit besides your postings was a French posting that
suggested that this is related to a new trojan: Win32/Simcss.Trojan as
detected by E-Trust InoculateIT 6.0. Try downloading the latest Norton
"Intelligent Updater" file and scanning. If still no detect, quarantine the
file and send it to Symantec: http://tinyurl.com/tnd7 I've never done
this;
if there's an opportunity for a short comment, you might mention the name
Win32/Simcss.Trojan.

it is supposed to be their or not. It keeps wanting to connect to the
internet. Is it a virus?
Looks like Norton Antivirus.
Christopher said:But the program is in the Windows file and not the Norton file. Also, there
is no info in properties saying its a Norton file
