What does it mean to run a System Inoculation and how to do it?

Hello,

my english is very poor, so I don´t understand what it is for and how
to start it. Perhaps someone can eplain me in detail, if possible in
german language or simple english?

This is not a language problem, it is a bug in the documentation.

Microsoft Antispyware is a somewhat modified version of a purchased product.
Part of that modification involved removing or changing some functionality.

The innoculation feature was one which has been removed, but it wasn't
properly removed from the help files.
