What does .DLL and MAPI mean?

I am trying to get Outlook to linc with my Toshiba e350 pocket pc (which
worked perfectly before I used the home networking) and now it will not linc
and I get this file message. What does this mean to computer stupid people
and how can I fix this? Please help!
