What does "Dialog" mean after SP2 is installed?

I installed SP2 a few days ago on top of XP Home SP1.

SOME of the times, but not all of the times, when I boot I get a taskbar
box that says "Dialog".

If I right click "Dialog" I get two options. One option is "Move",
which puts a four sided arrow in place of my cursor, but does nothing
else. The other option is "Close", which closes the taskbar box. Left
clicking does nothing.

Does anyone know what this is?

How do I get rid of it?

Thank you.

Babel.

You've presumably got a dialog box that is offscreen. Move that four-sided
arrow around and try to bring it into view.

I would be checking the STARTUP group in All Programs to see if something
got stuck there.
Also you can to START | RUN | MSCONFIG to see if something is in your
Startup Tab.

Nothing new in startup in the start menu.
The only obvious new item in msconfig is related to MS Antispyware beta
which, I should have mentioned, I also just installed. There are of
course some items I don't recognize, such as "igfxtray" and "igfxpers".
I don't know what they are but Google tells me that "igfxtray" is
related to Intel(R) Graphics Accelerator Helper.
