I have a Win2003 server that seems to work fine except it can browse the
internet - it is not an IE problem or a rights/access problem. I think it is
a nic card problem. in the network traces - i see the server sends a packet
with checksum = 0 0x0 (Error) every time - it sends it multiple times -

I would like to know what it means - I have search the internet - but nothing.

Thanks

Lack of being able to browse the internet when everything else seems to work
can often be a problem with winsock corruption. Running the netdiag support
tool may verify that if the winsock problem reports an error. often winsock
problems can be repaired with the free LSPfix utility, otherwise you can
repair winsock manually which requires you to modify the registry. ---
