If there was going to be a charity sale here, do you think its a good idea?

I wouldnt say it was a great idea, but an idea i would be more than willing to give a go :D ...

Definitely. People could get rid of hardware/software/etc that they no longer need or want, it goes to someone who will make use of it, and the proceeds go to charity! Brilliant :D

I reckon it's a great idea.

Perhaps we should see if any fancy donating items too? Charity stuff is always a nice bit of publicity!

I'm with reef ;)

I loathe organised charities, all those pleasant, earnest peeps shaking tins at you in the high street, or a clip board, trying to get a direct debit off of you.

I crunch for Cancer research, 4 machines 24/7, my electric bill is my charity donation.

That, and I regularly give stuff to all them charity shops.

But hey, don't let me dampen the idea, basically, it's sound :)

i do give give to charity on occassions and could provide a bit of hardware to sell for charity.

but.. it has to be said that i would rather have a cure for cancer then a big tent on the thames. nuff said.

Why not ...

Yeah, good idea I reckon.

Just not sure who would want the junk I really need to chuck out.
