What do I need for TV & video editing but no games?

If I need the All-In-Wonder features, especially recording TV to the hard
drive, but I will only be doing video editing, not games (though I want to
edit video as fast as possible), what is the best All-In-Wonder to get? Do I
still need an AIW 9800 Pro, or does the lack of need for 3D allow me to buy
a cheaper card that is NOT slower for video editing than the AIW 9800 Pro?

If you really need no gaming, than buy the Rage 128 All-In Wonder. It
has the best video in and out features among all ATI cards, including
the latest ones!

Greetz.

What is the model number of the model you speak of? I don't want to go
searching for a discontinued model, if that's what it is. Current models
appear to be 9800, 9700, 7500, and 9000. I am also interested in other
manufacturers - perhaps one that doesn't take so long to download TV
schedules. GuidePlus kinda sucks.

Leadtek makes a good tv tuner card.
