when i put in usb wireless adpater to connect to net, pc freezes. when i install ethernet wireless card, pc also freezes.

when i had vgin media before this never happned so what could go wrong. i cant understand.

i even took out grapics card and new hdd but still pc freezes as soon as i put in usb wireless stick or ethernet wireless card
 
When you had Virgin media did you have any software installed on your pc for it? If so this could be causing the problem, check add/remove programs and remove any virgin media software there maybe and give it another try.
