interface, yes they will be linked automatically. E-mail autolinking is
built into the product. I am working on some software to link phone calls
from other sources, but there is a limited built-in function for this.

For some reason my e-mail autolinking is not working. In order for me to
link an e-mail to one of my business contacts, I have to physically link it.
Is there a setting that I messed up? I belive it was working before I tried
to set up sharing. Let me know, thanks a lot.

Direct replys won't do the other posters any good.
If you choose to share the database, email autolinking is disabled by
default for your privacy. You can re-enable itl by rerunning the autolink
wizard or some similar process. This is documented in the help file.
This behavior is by design.
