The normal colours for the bulls-eye are: red(outside),
yellow/orange for the middle-ring, and black for the
center. After fast-user-switching and/or remote desktop,
the icon often is BLUE! This has been confirmed by
several other users on this newsgroup. This is a bug in
the Beta.1 version ! Jan vdn Eeden.
 
This is usually associated with Remote Assistance, Remote Desktop or
terminal services client software running.
