what can you do with movie maker?

I have a video that the sound is behind whats going on on the screen. Can
you rsync video and audio using movie maker? How?

Maybe the following method will help.

In Movie Maker...Timeline View...

Drag the video to the timeline and then
right click / mute the Audio track.

Now...drag another instance of the video
to the Audio/Music track.

Place your pointer on the clip on the Audio/
Music track...when you see the Hand...you
can left click/drag the clip right or left to
attempt to sync it to the Video track.

Also you can left click/select the clip on
the audio/music track and nudge it left or
right...

Nudge Right: Ctrl+Shift+N
Nudge Left: Ctrl+Shift+B
