What can I exactly do to change the old W2K AD controler with the new one W2K AD controler box?

How to change all roles, etc.

I want the old one remove and change with the new box W2K.
 
Install your new server as a member server in the domain. Run dcpromo.exe to
promote it to a DC, then transfer all your FSMO roles and other data and
services you might have to the new server. Then run dcpromo.exe on the old
server to demote it and then remove it from the domain.

And how to delete DC from Active directory users and computers after the
crash of "PDC" in W2K domain?
I have transfered all of FSMO roles to the new DC. But I can see 'The DSA
object cannot be deleted' message.
