What can I do with all these idx files?

All these idx files are in the C:\ they are not in any folder, if i were to make a folder and move them into that folder will it affect the computer in anyway

here is the list of files in the C
CA00.ID
CA0A.ID
CA0B.ID
AND AT LEAST 100+ FILES THAT GO IN SERIES.

Also when I try to look at these files it kicks me out of that folder

What can I do? Please help me!
