what can I do against this virus if my filters are not powerful enough?

Yesterday, I posted my first message to a news groups, what a bad
idea.....
Now, as everybody, I received the virus every 5 mn (I didn't get it
before this message). I know that I'm pissed anyway, my email is in
the hand of this virus now.
What ever. Now, I'm trying to kick his ass, but my pop3 is not very
clever, and I cannot set any useful filters : As u know, the name of
the sender and the title is random, only the body is similar. That's
my issue : I can't set up any filter with the body, i don't have
access to this feature :-(

I have got an anti-virus with this pop3, sending me a nice message
with "oh, btw, I found a virus in your attachement, but I have removed
it". Yes, good man, but you didn't delete these useless attachements
of 150 KB, spaming my email box!

I'm pretty sure that some of you went through this issue, and I will
really appreciate some advice for this problem.

Thanks in advance,
Yann

Even really dumb filters can get 99% of them if you use enough. The
following set work for me (with a whitelist, so messages from known
people get through regardless):

To "Client" drop
To "Partner" drop
To "User" drop
To "Customer" drop
To "Receiver" drop
To "Commercial" drop
To "Consumer" drop
From "Microsoft" drop
From "Inet Message" drop
From "MS Corporation" drop
From "MS Internet" drop
From "Net Email" drop
From "Customer Assistance" drop
